Terry O'Donovan

Terry is a visiting specialist practitioner.

He is currently developing a new production, Ten Out of Ten, which has been commissioned by Ovalhouse for full production in October 2012. He recently co-directed a new musical for Look Left Look Right for Latitude Festival, and directed a new outdoor performance for Emergency Exit Arts as part of the Olympics Events in Greenwich.

As a performer his credits include Dance Marathon (Barbican/Dance Umbrella), Plum & Pickle (Half Moon Theatre), Masque Arias (Royal Shakespeare Company), bodies in urban spaces (Dance Umbrella London), and The Story of London (Theatre Royal Haymarket). He has toured the UK and Ireland with Ragroof Theatre's outdoor show Shall We Dance (including National Theatre's Watch This Space). Other theatre credits include The Winter's Tale (Dir. Ed Hall: Watermill & National Tour), Overblown Romantic Gestures (Latitude Festival), Russian National Mail (BAC), Yellowing (Theatre 503), Ma Vie en Rose R&D (Young Vic).
