My vision for HAYA is to deliver top-quality classes and coaching to young people, regardless of whether they aim to pursue acting professionally.

I was struggling to find a class that didn’t include musical theatre or dance, but focussed on acting and luckily I discovered HAYA. The program offers a structured environment focused on providing authentic experiences for young actors. Each week, the experienced instructors plan activities that give students a realistic taste of the entertainment industry, covering aspects of television, film, and theatre.

It’s clear that a lot of thought each week goes into the classes, unlike other experiences I’ve had, that felt like just a franchise aiming for profit. They have spent time and money organising outside experts to come and give exposure to filming and really prepare the kids for opportunities in the industry. We’re pleased with the quality of instruction and the supportive atmosphere. And most importantly my son loves going!

I started with HAYA around 6 years ago and since then my self belief and self worth has massively grown. At the start of my HAYA journey I suffered with anxiety and could hardly speak to anyone or participate in activities, however, as the years have gone by, I’ve learnt from HAYA skills and life lessons that have helped me come out of my shell and be my unapologetic true self.

HAYA has taught me to believe in myself and step outside my comfort zone. Due to this I am now going to the Brit School for Theatre in the upcoming academic year!
