Laura Dickens

Laura Dickens CDG has worked in the Industry for over 30 years. The vast majority was spent as a casting director for Theatre, Film, Short film and TV.

Laura had the pleasure of working on high profile and major movies such as Possession, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and About A Boy. She was also Casting Director for the BAFTA / Rocliffe New Writing forum for 13 years. And has cast over 200 episodes of Doctors! As well as Casualty and the much missed Holby City. More recently, Laura was Industry Liaison and Professional Development Manager at the Drama School LAMDA until 2019, working with graduating students to best prepare them for the industry. In 2021 she completed a Master of Arts in Creative Producing with distinction at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and is now a freelance producer for theatre, currently working with NPO Diverse City to produce a show with added disco dance party! entitled MID LIFE which will be touring in Spring 2025.
